Cube Match 3D ("the App") is developed by NextAd ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App does not require an account to play. You may optionally sign in with your Google account to save your progress and scores across devices. The App does not ask for personal information such as your phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Usage analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used so we can improve it. This includes anonymous, aggregated information such as:
This information is not used to identify you personally.
On-device data. Your game progress and settings are stored on your device; if you sign in with Google, your progress may also be saved to your account so it syncs across devices.
Attribution & marketing measurement. To understand which marketing campaigns bring players to the App and to measure their effectiveness, we use Adjust (a mobile measurement partner). Adjust collects a device or advertising identifier (such as the iOS Identifier for Vendors; on iOS, Apple's SKAdNetwork may also be used) together with install and in-app event signals. We use this only for attribution and marketing analytics — the App shows no ads, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
We use analytics information to operate and improve the App, understand which features are used, measure engagement and retention, and diagnose problems.
The App uses Google Firebase / Google Analytics to collect and process the analytics information described above. Google processes this data in accordance with its own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
For attribution and marketing measurement the App uses Adjust, which processes the identifiers and event signals described above as our service provider. See Adjust's Privacy Policy. Optional sign-in is provided by Google (see Google's Privacy Policy linked above).
We do not sell your information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Analytics data is processed by Google and attribution data by Adjust, each acting as our service provider. Aggregated, non-identifying attribution results (for example, that an install came from a particular ad campaign) may be shared with the advertising network that referred it.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings, and you can remove all locally stored game data by uninstalling the App.
Analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with Firebase Analytics' data-retention settings. Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the App.
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Analytics information may be processed on servers operated by Google in the United States and other countries.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
If you signed in with Google and wish to delete your account and associated data, please send an email to dev@nextad.ai with the subject line "Delete My Account - Cube Match 3D". We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted: your Google account link and game progress stored on our servers.
Data that will be retained: anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.
